Heehee, yesterday was so fun! My whole family went to my cousin's house for dinner. The moment we reached there, I saw my cousin and his relatives crowding around their own fish "pool". Gee, I felt so out of place then. 'Cos the others were all trying to empty the pool to change the water and catching the fish within. Then I was like standing there and looking at them. Haha. My aunt had a special mechanism that sort of "siphons" out all the water in the pool and when the water was about waist deep, my father went down to catch all the fish! Whew luckily I didn't have to go down 'cos I am seriously scared of touching slippery fish! Yuck. And plus they were all moving and jumping. Gross! My father used his bare hands to catch them, big and small, and put them in a bucket still of muddy water. (not supposed to change the water yet as the fish can't accustom) Then when all the fish are safely out of the way and the water is all siphoned away, we kids and teens went down too and begin scrubbing the walls of the pool. Eww man algae has been growing on the walls and it was so disgusting. (but easy to scrub away) And it stinks! Imagine being one of the fish within and confined to the four walls everyday. The stinky water is merely a "bonus".
Well anyway after all our hardwork, my aunt and uncle connected a pipe to one of the holes in the pool and let water to flow in. (it could be used as a jacuzzi actually.. Cool!) When the water was like ankle deep, they poured the fish back into the water. My aunt accidentally threw one, and I mean THREW, into the pool and the result is that the fish stayed where it was without moving for a short while. Haha dazed fish. But poor things, as all the fish were not accustomed to the sudden change of water, some of them died. Poor poor things. See I am so kind-hearted. Haha but one of the small ones got trodden upon accidentally by my uncle and I could actually see its body ripped! Omg. Squashed alive. O.O
The dinner was good, and we played some games..Quite fun actually, however lame they seem. Haha. And I found out that my cousin played Sonata in F and Four calling birds for piano exam piece, same as me! Jac Fong too. Guess these two pieces are quite easy for grade 6 huh? Whatever as long as I can play them well.(:
And I love that pair of BLACK SHOES that my father bought for me the day b4 yesterday! So funkayes! Haha guess I better stop here.
